During our last team Photoshoot a security guard was actually asking us to stop taking photos, asking if we had a permit and all which was odd considering we've been shooting around Eastwood for some time now and we were never asked for a permit. Maybe it had to do with us using a remote flash, I suddenly remembered the camera policy issue in BGC a few months back. They finally settled with having BGC as a camera friendly area and with the many beautiful street art it would be a shame if it wasn't. I hope Eastwood takes the same direction soon.
Which brings me to our recently concluded Team Gino Photoshoot, the team actually scouted a location for us and when they told me it was in Padre Pio, I was skeptical-it was a church after all.
When the day of the shoot came, I was dreading the possibility that we would be asked to pack up and leave but nothing of the sort happened. There is this beautiful area in the church which looks like it was taken right out of a movie, complete with a fountain and lots of pigeons where people can take photos, as long as they observe silence. :)
Paul and the team had so much fun shooting they discovered a nearby parking lot where they posed and took photos to their heart's content.
Team Gino is a newly formed team but that didn't stop them from grabbing the coveted Best Team title; just like the location of their shoot, they were new and undiscovered but they still shone bright and succeeded.
