Team Roscel Photoshoot

There was much pride in the air as Team Roscel set up for their Best Team Of The Month Photoshoot, this was because they were the first team in their LOB (Line Of Business) to earn the coveted the title of Best Team and you just know that they really worked hard for it :) 

After the shoot, the team graciously invited us to be a part of their team breakfast. It was both fun and enlightening to get to sit down with the team and get to know them (apart from their name, which is what I know from doing real time analysis and reports). It was nice to match the name with a face and to see them outside the work environment. We saw the team dynamics, how they are one big happy family.  I also found out that come the next shift they would be moving on to different teams, as it is a reality in the business. 

The team has been together since December of 2014 and it is in five months that the team worked hard and came out strong- the strongest at that. Teams come and go, they change but the memories shared and the friendships made, that is one thing that doesn't change. We're glad to have been able to capture the team at their best.

Team Marnie Photoshoot

Fly high Team Marnie!

When I first started out in the company I was seated near the original members of this team. I saw and personally experienced their strong sense of camaraderie, their fun disposition towards their work. So it really is no surprise to me that most of them have already been promoted and with new additional members have gained the coveted title of Best Team of the month (for March).

Just in time for summer, Team Marnie chose bright colors for their theme, which matched the team's bright personality. It was really touching that the original team members (some have already been promoted) were also included in the shoot since according to their Team Leader they didn't get to experience it :p 

Despite the sweltering heat, I was only sitting down during the whole shoot (except for the time when Paul made me a tripod) but I could feel the beads of sweat rolling down my back, it was a fun shoot :)

Team Jenny Photoshoot

We got to cover another Best Team Photoshoot and this time it was for Team Jenny! They're a small team which allowed us to experiment with different poses. ^_^

Team Gian Photoshoot

Paul and I have been working in the BPO Industry for about seven years now and we're excited to be able to add a new service to our line of shoots and that's the Team Photoshoot!

Whether it's because you're the top team for the month or if you just want to have bad ass photos just let us and we can work on a theme and concept. ^_^ 

Since Christmas is just around the corner a Christmas themed Team Photoshoot would be nice too!
